Miss Lucy rescued by mice. Not too sure when this was done, but it would have been in the Mid 90s (before Disneys' Beauty and the Beast), done when I redid the Dracula and Miss lucy cel setup art also in my gallery here. Hopefully it has a feature animation feel to its' treatment. I wanted it to look like a still from an animated movie, one that of course does not exist. This was done for fun, no other reason, and shared here in the same spirit. This has languished for years in my art drawer, but now scanned and shared here for the first time.

The background was painted separately with the characters painted on the back of a cel with painted color line work on the front, just like the old day of 2D animation. Here I was dreaming what my self devised movie would look like...and I even managed my second cel art for it.
