This was originally created for a New Years Eve party, but the organizers decided to cancel the event. The original version was actually in yellow tones and worked well with those warmer colors. The original Yellow toned version was used for the "BALLS MardiGras Recovery Party" following the 2007 Mardi Gras in Sydney.
I re-colored it as an experiment, and I like the blue toned version equally.
This Blue version will see print for the first time in Bent magazine leading up to Mardi Gras 2007.
I gave the original as a gift to Charles Leslie of the Leslie Lohman Gallery during my trip to New York in 2007.
